Refund policy

WOODECA is committed to offering innovative and quality products, Thereby If there is a defect in workmanship or material please contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours from delivery to report it using pictures presenting the damage to issue a return request for your item. ,

All items are eligible for return only if any manufacturing fault was identified within the first 14 days from the delivery date. Please contact us via our social media platforms or email using at least 3 pictures or 1 video presenting the manufacturing fault to issue a return request for your item. 

Woodeca will be happy to accept returns free of charge For 14 days from purchase date, provided that:

• The item must be in its original, undamaged condition.
• The product shows no sign of usage.
• Items is assembled by Woodeca Assembly team.
• All Return requests is validated by our team to confirm eligibility.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• Certain types of items cannot be returned, Like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

How long will my refund take?

• All refunds will be issued once item is picked and confirmed as Returned. Once Refund is processed it will take 7 to 10 working days.
• If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Hello@Woodeca.com.

How do I receive my Refund?

• Woodeca do not offer cash refunds. We Only Refund Though your Bank Account, And Any Receiving Wallets like [ Vodafone cash, Orange cash ,Etisalat cash ]
• In Case By Paying by Valu Or Sympl or any Other Installment company we Partner With you will be refunded to your Payment chosen company.

Delivery Deferment

• You can request to receive your furniture products up to 30 Days after you purchase the order. Please note that you need to pay 100% of the payment to be able to receive the order at a later date than the original delivery date.
