WOODECA is committed to offering innovative and quality products, and thereby warrants the materials being used to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and material described in this warranty.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents. This guarantee does not apply if the products have been placed outdoors, in prolonged direct sunlight or in a humid environment e.g. bathroom. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages.

Good to know: Our guarantees and warranties start on the day of purchase. When making a claim you will need the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

If there is a defect in workmanship or material please contact us via our social media platform or email within 24 hours from delivery to report it using pictures presenting the damage to issue a return request for your item. ,

What will WOODECA do to correct the problem? WOODECA will examine the product and decide, at its sole discretion, if it is covered under this limited warranty. Incase unable to decide then our team will visit the house to identify warranty issue and if considered covered, WOODECA through its own service operations, will then, . at its sole discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or comparable product. If it is covered by this limited warranty, WOODECA will pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, labor, and travel for repair staff, that WOODECA incur, provided that the product is accessible for repair without special expenditure.
